Azerbaijan Cultural Society in Northern California is honored to have Mr. Mozaffar Derafshi and Dr. Nazmi Afshar will be our speakers on the topic of Azerbaijan People's Government, Azerbaijan Democratic Party and events surrounding December 11th, 1945-1946.
